Jeff Boze
Jeff brings over 30 years of event planning experience to the team. His years of experience allow for flexibility and adaptability to plan and coordinate both events big and small. Jeff knows the Toledo planning landscape and cannot wait to share his wealth of information with you.
Karen Dixon
Karen Dixon is no stranger to events! Hosting countless events both in-home and in professional venues she understands the importance of each detail. Karen brings a warmness to her planning process that makes each client feel special and unique. In Karen’s hands your event will be as special as you are!

We were blessed in June of 2021 with a wonderful wedding weekend, planned and organized in every detail by Jeff Boze and Karen Dixon. In our minds, they were the dream team in event planning, and they will be our first call, and hopefully only call, for all future events we hold.
Both members of this team have wonderful attention to detail and excellent creative minds, working to put together a full experience based on a handful of photo suggestions and vague ideas. We had asked for a small wedding, without much of the usual traditions, with the feel of a backyard dinner party, allowing guests to sit and chat, dance, or play games. Every event for our wedding weekend was hosted at a private home, which left Jeff and Karen responsible for each needed detail- there was no venue staff and no typical items provided, such as chairs or tables. With the provided guest list and event outline, Jeff and Karen put together exactly what was needed, even giving us a few different options to chose from for things like table set up and arrangement. They also took care of any event staff to help with set up, clean up, and serving. Any and all details were covered, and I am sure there were even things that were taken care of without me ever knowing there had been an issue.
Both Jeff and Karen are natural event planners, and Jeff has served as the Wedding Coordinator for Epworth United Methodist Church for many years. Whether you have questions for a rehearsal dinner, the ceremony, the reception, transportation, etc., this team has it covered. Need music ideas? No problem. Want to have the perfect flowers, but no clue where to start? They’re on it. Need a little extra coaching for a nervous Father of the Bride? Not an issue. They are both pros at giving instructions that anyone can follow on the spot.
Even last-minute, middle of the reception details will be no stress to you with this team. During our reception, my step-daughter noticed that she did not have a corsage for her wrist, but all of our other immediate family had either a corsage or a boutonniere. That was an error on our part for not noticing that she was the only one who didn’t want a role in the ceremony, and so she had been left off the list for floral items. When she asked me about it, I knew Jeff and Karen would be able to come up with a solution. I spotted Jeff and told him, and he immediately played right along and within a few minutes, my step-daughter had a corsage. My top goal with our wedding was having an event at which everyone would be able to have fun, and I knew in that moment that I had absolutely nothing to worry about, because any issue would be handled smoothly without fuss.
Not only are Jeff and Karen excellent at planning any event or celebration, but they approach their roles with a smile, a sense of humor, respect toward the vision provided, and countless ideas to bring that vision to life. Not only were we confident that Jeff and Karen would create a memorable event, but we enjoyed the time spent working with them and always knew that they were focused on creating the event we wanted.
We wanted a fun weekend to celebrate with family and friends, without the stress we so often heard about from others regarding wedding planning, and Jeff and Karen delivered every step of the way. We cannot recommend them enough to others looking for excellent event planners who will put together the whole package.
